How are my payments handled?
All transactions are processed by PayPal, so your credit card information is safe and never stored. You can eighter log in to your PayPal account (if you have one) or enter your credit card info. There’s no need to create a Pay Pal account if you do not want one.

What shipping company do you use?
We use DHL or FEDEX PRIORITY. After the shipment, in case of changing the address,any additional costs will be at the customer’s expenses. So please make sure to provide the correct address as well as a telephone number.

Where do you ship from? Do I have to pay customs and additional taxes?
We ship from Milan, Italy. Prices do not include taxes; the tax amount will be added at check out on shipments to the EU countries.
For all shipments to countries outside the EU, customs taxes and/or additional charges could be due, depending on the total value of your order (you can refer to your local customs office for further information).

NB: It ‘s your responsibility to pay duties and taxes extra where required.

I have a right of withdrawal?
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery of the goods.

The goods should be returned to the shipping address (Via Edolo, 40 – 20125 Milan - Italy) within 2 (two) weeks from the date of delivery of the goods.

Once we receive the goods in their original conditions, we will proceed with a refund or a replacement within 5 days.

The return cost are at the customers' expenses. 

How do I exchange an Item?
Customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on exchanged items. Only in case of manufacturing defect or delivery of incorrect items we will get in charge of the replacement costs

Christmas Returns
To help you with your Christmas shopping, items bought from 15th November can be returned up until the 15th January. This gives gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted presents, so you can shop early without worrying.
