“Sfumato” means “soften gradually the colors”, the shading and delicate gradation of colors produce imperceptible transitions between colors and tones.
It is by looking back into the Italian craftsmanship‘s tradition that we discovered this unique painting technique.
We took inspiration from “Sfumato”, a sophisticated painting technique pioneered by Leonardo Da Vinci and his followers.
Our master artisans have applied this “Sfumato” effect to the finest vegetable tanned leather giving it an elegant patina with a sophisticated vintage effect.
Since each piece is carefully painted by hand, every bag is completely unique.
